Residential Air came highly recommended by my neighbors. Two of them had used them so I felt comfortable with them. They did an amazing job replacing my old unit. It looks 100x better than it did before. Richard is very neat with his work and the guys took their time. My house has never been this cool! I’m very happy that I went with them and I reccomend them now to all of my family and friends. I also added a smart thermostat. I had a prior electrical issue and they were able to fix that too.

These guys are great! In this crazy heat wave, they came right out and were on time, ready to go to work. The price was very competitive, but the main difference between them and other companies I’ve used in the past was how professional they were. I am very satisfied and absolutely recommend using Residential Air Inc.

This is a fine company. I got 4 quotes. Ellen and Richie were not the cheapest and not the highest, but they take care of the AC for both of my neighbors, so their word of mouth recommendation meant a lot to me. I appreciated the straightforward proposal. Not pushy, just the facts, no nonsense. Quick permitting, install, inspection, communication and follow-up. Call them !

Residental Air has been my go to air conditioning company for over 20 years. They have installed a few units in my home, replaced all my air ducts recently, and continue to show me firsthand service. They are knowledgeable, honest, and show up when promised, which is most important! Their communication is set apart from any other service company that I use. My husband has also used their expertise in his office. Don’t hesitate to call them, you won’t be sorry.

Great Service / Great Company. Anytime i have an issue they come very timely, and fix it from A-Z. They take pride in their work, give great advice on what to do / not to do and always guarantee their work. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good quality A/C company.

We’ve used Residential Air for over 10 years and they’ve installed 4 different units for is, over that time. We have always been pleased with their work and their service. They know everything about AC’s and explain everything clearly. All their work has been professional and they are nice, polite and leave everything clean when they’re done. They always show up and if they’re running late they call. I recommend them to everyone!
